1. Platform Purpose

OTANOVA is a platform for public subculture events. All content must be related to anime, cosplay, dance, music, or similar subculture activities.

2. Performer Profiles

• Performers must be 18 years of age or older to create a public profile.
• Profile photos must be appropriate for public display at events.
• Profile photos must not contain explicit, sexual, or adult content.
• Profiles must represent the performer's actual public event activities.
• Personal contact information (personal phone numbers, home address) must not be posted in public profile fields.

3. Event Listings

• Events must be legitimate public subculture events.
• Event flyers and images must accurately represent the event.
• Events must not be private social gatherings disguised as public events.
• Events must comply with local laws in the country where they are held.

4. Costumes and Visual Content

• Costume content must be appropriate for public venues.
• Costumes referencing real religious figures or hate symbols are prohibited.
• Military-themed costumes are permitted only when clearly presented as cosplay in an anime or fictional context.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on OTANOVA:

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Content promoting violence or hate
• Personal services not related to public events
• Impersonation of real individuals without their consent
• Spam or misleading event information
